At this time we do not offer gift wrapping. However, the Stethoscope ID Charm will be shipped in a small jewelry box and can easily be presented in this same box.
We would be happy to send a brief note on your behalf! Simply include that info in the “Notes to Seller” box when placing your order.
All of our packages are shipped with a tracking number, which will be e-mailed to you after we print the shipping label.
Please DO NOT hesitate if the package shows delivered and you did not get it. Immediately contact your local post office, they are the ones that will know exactly “where” your package was delivered. We will also try our best to help you find the package, but we are not responsible if a package does show tracking as delivered.

When crafting our product, we do our best to assure long lasting coloring in the stamped areas, Avoid exposing the charm to harmful or strong chemicals as the exposure could cause the inking to diminish or be completely removed. Additionally, typical use over an extended period of time could cause inking to fade and the ID will need to be touched up. Please contact us for details should this occur.
When we are done crafting the aluminum ID charm, it is tumbled to enhance the shiny finish. Aluminum is a very soft metal and can be prone to marks or scratches. The charm may patina some over time but can usually be buffed back to a shine with a clean cotton cloth and gentle pressure.
Bulk or group offers can be accommodated on a case by case basis. Discounting of the listed price is customary and established after determining the number of items to be crafted and the complexity of each crafting (Individual names, Title/Credential to be added and any other add-on’s).
For large orders (50 or more items) we prefer to have 14 days advance notice and processing time can take 10-14 days to complete and ship.
FYI, should we receive multiple bulk or group orders at the same time, processing time will likely be extended and communicated to the responsible person placing the order.
